Brainhack MTL

Neuroinformatics teams from McGill University, Concordia University, and the University of Montreal are hosting the 2018 Neuroinformatics Hackathon.


With an emphasis on interoperability between tools, datasets, sharing platforms, and standards used in neuroscience research, participants at the Informatics Hackathon should come to learn, develop proposals, implement solutions, and engage in training.

The aim of the event is increased awareness of existing neuroinformatics projects and initiatives, and development towards unified solutions for reproducible, sustainable, and accessible neuroscience.

Required skills: Familiarity or interest in at least one of: programming in {Python, MATLAB, R, Unix}, neuroscience, data sharing, metadata, interoperability, scientific computing.
